Ashlyn Schultz

Ashlyn was born and raised in Houston, Texas. She started dance at the age of 3 and started competing at the age of 4. She has competed for 15 years with her local studio Dancin’ Bluebonnets. She has competed at The Dance Worlds in Orlando, Florida winning 3 gold medals, 17 silver, and 8 bronze under Dancin’ Bluebonnets. She was also a member of her high school dance company for 4 years and was a dance officer for 2. She started teaching at the age of 17 at Klein Oak High school for her company dances. She attended Blinn College for a year and a half, and is now a proud member of Texas A&M class of 2025. She is pursuing a Human Resource Development Major with a minor in Business, hoping one day to work in the HR department for healthcare survives. Ashlyn has a passion for dance and loves working with others to teach them movement quality and the technique of dance. She is excited to help build confidence, movement, and skills of dance in each of her students at Expressions.
