Tumbling/Acro Classes

Starting at 18 months with our Move w/ Me class to weekly classes to drop in style punch cards to private lessons, Expressions has a tumbling option for all ages & levels!
Move w/ Me Tumbling
- Ages 18 months - 2 years
  This parent participation class is an introduction to gymnastics movement, body control, and basic tumbling skills. Little ones can learn alongside a parent with the goal of fostering a love of movement while building confidence and having fun at the core of class.
  Cost - $40/month
  
  Please note: This class will NOT participate in Expressions yearly recitals, but WILL have a special in-studio show off at the end of the year.
  
  CLASS ATTIRE FOR KIDS: Any leotard or athletic attire. Barefoot.
  CLASSE ATTIRE FOR ADULTS: Any athletic attire. Barefoot.

Toddler Tumbling
- Ages 2-3
  This class is designed to introduce class structure, basic body control and movement for new tumblers in a creative, fun environment. Participants will gain confidence, coordination and a passion for movement.
  Cost - $40/month
  
  Please note: This class will NOT participate in Expressions yearly recitals, but WILL have a special in-studio show off at the end of the year.

Preschool Tumbling
- Ages 3-4.5
  This class will build on foundational coordination skills learned in Toddler Tumbling. Emphasis will be placed on introductory tumbling skills that focus on body control, balance, and strength all in a fun, safe environment.
  Cost - $75/month
  
  Please note: This class will NOT participate in Expressions yearly recitals, but WILL have a special in-studio show off at the end of the year.

Mini Tumbling/Acro
- Ages 4-7
  This class will include beginner tumbling and acro instruction that will focus on the development of skills and endurance in a fun, challenging setting.
  Cost - $75/month

Tumbling/Acro 1
- Ages 6-10
  Beginner to intermediate acro/tumbling instruction that allows students to focus on skills such as front and back walkovers in a more advanced setting.
  Cost - $75/month

Tumbling/Acro 2
- Ages 10+
  *Students MUST have an UNASSISTED front and back walkover to enroll.
  Intermediate to advanced acro/tumbling instruction that allows students to focus on gaining strength & confidence in more advanced tumbling skills and acrobatic transitions.
  Cost - $75/month

- If your dancer is interested in one on one coaching, private tumbling lessons are a great way to have specific attention with one of our tumbling coaches!

Tumbling Punch Cards
- Fall 2024 Fridays
  4:30-5:30 Ages 4+
  
  Drop in for tumbling with Mrs. Brooke & staff. Whether you are working on perfecting a skill or new to tumbling, punch cards are the perfect option! Punch cards are purchased a la carte, no registration needed! You can start your punch card or add classes by emailing [email protected]
  
  $20/per class
  ATTIRE: Any leotard or tight fitting dance attire. Barefoot.
