Tumbling Classes

Starting at 2 years old with our Toddler Tumbling class to weekly classes to drop in style punch cards to private lessons, Expressions has a tumbling option for all ages & levels!
Toddler Tumbling
- Ages 2-3
  This class is designed to introduce class structure, basic body control and movement for new tumblers in a creative, fun environment. Dancers will gain confidence, coordination and a passion for movement.
  Cost - $40/month
  *Please note: Toddler Tumbling is a technique based class and will NOT participate in the yearly dance recitals
  
  ATTIRE FOR KIDS: Any leotard or athletic attire. Barefoot.

Preschool Tumbling
- Ages 3-4
  This class will build on foundational coordination skills learned in Toddler Tumbling. Emphasis will be placed on introductory tumbling skills that focus on body control, balance, and strength all in a fun, safe environment.
  Cost - $40/month
  *Please note: Preschool Tumbling is a technique based class and will NOT participate in the yearly dance recitals

Mini Tumbling/Acro
- Ages 4-7
  This class will include beginner tumbling and acro instruction that will focus on the development of skills and endurance in a fun, challenging setting.
  *Please note: Mini Acro/Tumbling is a technique based class and will NOT participate in the yearly dance recitals.
  Cost - $72/month
  
  ATTIRE: Any leotard or form fitting athletic attire. Barefoot.
Tumbling/Acro 1
- Ages 8-11
  Beginner to intermediate acro/tumbling instruction that allows students to focus on skills such as front and back walkovers in a more advanced setting.
  Please note: Acro/Tumbling 1 is a technique based class and will NOT participate in the yearly dance recitals.
  Cost - $72/month
  
  ATTIRE: Any leotard or form fitting athletic attire. Barefoot.
Tumbling/Acro 2
- Ages 8-11
  Students should have an unassisted back walkover to register for this class! This class will focus on intermediate to advanced tumbling skills that build off our level I class such as aerials, back handsprings and more!
  Please Note: Acro/Tumbling 2 is a technique based class and will NOT participate in the yearly dance recitals.
  Cost - $72/month
  
  ATTIRE: Any leotard or form fitting athletic attire. Barefoot
Private Lessons
- If your dancer is interested in one on one coaching, private tumbling lessons are a great way to have specific attention with one of our tumbling coaches!

Tumbling Punch Cards
- Fridays 3:30-4:30pm Ages 4+ & 4:30-5:30 Ages 8+
  
  *Classes begin 8/18
  Drop in for tumbling with Mrs. Brooke & staff. Whether you are working on perfecting a skill or new to tumbling, punch cards are the perfect option! Punch cards are purchased a la carte, no registration needed! You can start your punch card or add classes by emailing [email protected]
